I've been going back and forth on whether or not to cut Will's hair. I'm really torn.... On one hand I can't bear the idea of cutting off those cute little curls, but on the other hand, it just maybe getting time, after all he will be a year on Sunday and isn't really a baby anymore. I'm kind of nervous that a haircut will make him look too much like a big boy. I mean, I feel like I am reasonable; I'm not going to let the curls get out of control long; I'll definitely cut it before it gets to that point, but I am wondering what to do in the mean time!! I get a lot of mixed opinions. The majority of people comment on how they like his little curls, but then I have had quite a few comment on how cute of a little girl he is! That makes me wonder if it is the length of his hair that is causing those comments or if it's just because it's blond and curly (which is the answer I get when I ask those people why they said that) But either way, it definitely makes me wonder if a trim is in order!!
I know what a few of you think, Jon, but what do the rest of you think??
Here are some pictures of him with his curls:

Are the curls history???
No, that's what's up for debate!
Did you read the words or just look at the pictures? HaHaHaHa! J/K!
Don't you dare cut it! And don't listen to anyone who tells you otherwise. He has got the hair that moms would kill for~ it is SO beautiful!
That first picture of him is so precious! He is a beautiful child.
he'd be cute with a big boy hair cut! it is WAY past due for my kids to get a trim. i put it off because it is such a pain in the butt.
So, we got one vote yes and one vote no so far!
It is a pain-- I can't even get him to sit still for a millasecond!
I'll probably just have to wait until he falls asleep on me or something!
Wait until I see him one more time as a little boy, please!!! GiGi and Pops
Mom,
if i DO decide to cut it, I was planning on doing it after dad rocks him to sleep on friday night (b/c you know he's going to want to!!) Don't worry, I want y'all to be able to see these cute curls in person first :-)
I'm with Anonymous...wait until I can see him one more time (april) and then you can cut them, cause they are really cute!
official vote count:
CUT: 1
NOT CUT: 3
I just saw Jon's comment. He doesn't have much room to talk...Finn's working on a mullet as we speak.
Oops, that wasn't my Jon after all. Sorry.
My vote: cut
If you do decide to cut, I find that candy makes them sit very still. After Samson's first haircut (read: one of the most mortifying seven minutes of my life), I always bring a sack of M&Ms or suckers and keep his mouth and hands full the whole time.
Holly,
that would be funny if I was being a little "smartalic" (the nice word for it) to your jon.... i bet you were like, "what the hec" when you thought it was him! The Jon that commented is my brother-in law.
UPDATED VOTE COUNT:
CUT: 2
NOT CUT: 3
When I first saw the pics there was nothing else with it, just pics. huh.
I say trim it every so slightly to "thicken" the hair up. I bet it will still curl.
Oh, now it makes a little more sense!
UPDATED VOTE COUNT:
NOT CUT: 3
CUT:3
Uh- oh! It's all tied up!
....what will the deciding vote be??
