Memorial day weekend

I love big families. There is always someone there to hop on the four wheeler with you for a ride, go fishing with, or just sit down with and conversate over a few beers! Thus was the case this weekend. We spent the holiday weekend with Chandler's sister's family, Calen (Chandler's sister) and Big Will(Calen's "special" friend :-), and Lonn and Charlotte at Lonn's camp in Delhi. It was so much fun to just relax and not have anything in particular to do. We had Chandler's friend's golf cart (the newest trend in four wheelers) and Big Will's four wheeler at our disposal to just hop on anytime we pleased. It's not everyday that you can just drive around and see a alligator swimming in the bayou, bunnies scampering across the road, and horses in the next door neighbor's yard. I mean, I'm a city girl and I can even appreciate that! :-) The boys enjoyed fishing, swimming, riding the big four wheelers and a little children's four wheeler, watching the trains go by on an old rickety track RIGHT behind the camp, looking at all the different animals, and playing with their cousins. We wrapped up the weekend with a fish fry last night back here in Clinton with some of our friends and family. Needless to say, we're all exhausted. We're gonna need this whole week to re cooperate, I reckon!
