Pool junkies

Okay, so I noticed that it's been over a week since I last posted. Sorry, I guess I'm guilty of being a blogger slacker :-) So what's been going on you ask?? Well, for starters, we left the boys in Jackson with the Oswalts on Friday and headed to Monroe for a party and to celebrate our anniversary (I meant to do this adorable little tribute to my sweet Chan-man in honor of the big number 5, but I didn't have time.... sorry honey!). However, we had a blast Friday night with friends and a very enjoyable evening out on Saturday ~ just the two of us.

Back in Jackson, our days lately consist of going to the pool in the mornings, naps (only for them unfortunately), and spending time with Chandler in the evenings (going to his softball games, going out for ice cream, playing outside, etc.)

Lord willing, we will be in our house soon, and life will not seem so "vacationy" anymore (not that I'm complaining about feeling like we've been on vacation; it's been very nice, but all good things must come to an end, and you must be brought back to reality), and we can establish our own little family day-to-day routine.
Here are some pictures of the boys post pool and bath this afternoon, sporting their best "clean and shiney" looks:

Walker: (climbing up in a chair, phone in hand) "Please be quiet, children, I'm on the phone!...................Oh no!"
Me: "What's wrong?"
Walker: (throwing his hands up in the air exasperatedly) "My phone just died!"

* Do ya' think I have a problem remembering to charge my phone? Ha!

Your little boys are so beautiful. Tan, blond, and blue eyed. Now, that's my type!

Thanks. I have to admit, I'm a little biased to their "look" as well :-)

I love how they always look like they are having so much fun together, the best of friends. And I'm always amazed at how you can get them to sit still and always look so dang cute!

I think Will's hair is going to be white by the end of the summer with all the sun he's getting!
