Hey everybody!!! How I've missed you so :-) As most of you probably know (but some of you might not) the unintentional blogging hiatus was due to us moving into our house! Hallelujah! Our first night was n Tuesday, July 10. Because of all of the craziness associated with moving into a new house, we just got around to getting our internet a couple of hours ago. We had to do something sad today, very sad.....that is actually PAY for our internet.....WHAT?? Yes, I know; it's tragic. We don't pick up wireless out here! Oh well, our time has come to join everyone else in the world.
The Lord really answered our prayers with this house. The location couldn't be more perfect. The street is beautiful, safe, and quiet~ all the houses and yards on it are well maintained and the trees are gorgeous! It's hilly and our house is on the top of one of those hills. It's a big ole' yard~about an acre. Chandler has already bought himself a little toy, a riding lawn mower to keep it looking nice. He just hated having to buy that :-) The backyard is every little boy's dream~ it backs up to woods with plenty of play room which the boys have already taken advantage of! The inside is a good size too. It's 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. It's pretty dated inside~ carpeted, bad paint colors, but nothing we couldn't fix if we decide to buy it come November. I'll post pictures of the inside as I get each room finished. Oh yeah, another little perk~ it's got a pool table!
The boys aren't missing a beat with all the change ~ for which I am very thankful! Walker is saying the funniest things these days (I need to do another "Walkerisms" soon), and Will is busy being the center of attention wherever he goes! Like I said earlier, they LOVE their new house and the yard. There are plenty of places for them to find lots of mud (since it rained all last week) and I have the pictures to show for it (stay tuned for a slide show of recent pics of the boys on the next post) This week I've been trying to get our lives back to normal and have been taking the boys to the pool in the mornings. So, we are all settled in here, and there is an empty guest room with all of your names on it........ So, come visit!
Here are some pictures of the outside of the house

The view sitting on my front porch
Check out those trees!!! After ranting and raving about how much I love the trees here, the tree man, Chandler informs me that the moss is actually a fungus of some sort, but I still think they're pretty and neat looking and add character to the house!

Ragan,
Don't worry too much about the bottles right now. I guess that next time you're in Monroe you can just give them to Amy. I'm sure I'll see her some:) I'm just glad to know what I did with them!
Nice house by the way. I wish I had one!
Sounds good, Rachel. Will do!
I must confess: I covet your spanish moss. Please forgive me. :)
