Do you ever have those times when you feel like you just can't get ahead of the game.......like you're constantly behind or playing catch up on something? That's what I've been feeling lately. I feel like I have so much going on; maybe not so much in reality, but in my head. I have a million thoughts flooding my head each second about things that I need to do, have forgotten to do, or things that are sneaking up on me before I know it. Or maybe it just comes with the "holiday" time of year? I've been having a hard time completing one task because my brain is constantly bringing other things to my mind that I need to do instead. All that to say, that's why I haven't posted in a week (for those of you who were asking). It's like my brain has taken a detour...
Sorry it's a late report, but we definitely had a fabulous Thanksgiving with my family in Memphis. It is always slammed packed with back to back events and people to see, and this visit was definitely no exception. I was asked to take pictures at my cousin's wedding shower on Friday night. They are going to Aruba (I think, but definitely somewhere tropical) on their honeymoon, so it was decorated in that decor. I included just a few of the many shots in the montage. You'll now them when it switches from Thanksgiving smiles to tropical paradise ;-) It just gets me even more excited and impatient for my new camera......!!!!
But the little time we did spend at the house was never dull. We had 3 cute kiddos to entertain us. Sometimes it's just so nice not to have anything to do and just sit around and eat, drink, and enjoy eachother. There's never a void of drama when it comes to my family, and that's what keeps us on our toes and allows us to have so much fun. I wouldn't trade all that "drama" for any family in the world. And we get to turn around and do it all again in a few weeks when we travel back for Christmas.
Okay, enough of my inner thoughts....How about a montage, yeah?

I swear Laney could be Walker and Will's little sis. They all look so much a like.
Used to when people would say that, I couldn't see it b/c their features are completely different, but the older she gets, I can see it more. Because of her coloring...that blond hair and blue eyes!
Those are adorable pictures of your little cuties! I love the shower pictures too (even if it is only a few). You really have a talent that you are sharpening every time you take a picture. Great job, Ragan!
